ROLLING EXPENDITURE ADVANCE CASH SCHEME ( i-REACH )

INTRODUCTION

 

i-REACH is a special financing scheme to finance short term contract of construction, civil, mechanical, engineering, landscaping and other simple contract. It is an affordable and complete financing package that requires no collateral. It offers working capital financing and bank guarantee to support contractors to perform deliver the project within the stipulated contract period.

BENEFIT

• Combination of working capital financing and bank guarantee
• No collateral
• Fast financing approval
• No processing fee, only 0.10% facility fees
• Financing amount from RM50,000.00 up to RM1 million (including the Kafalah Bank Guarantee)
• Competitive profit rate as low as 1.00% - 1.50% per month for working capital and services charge of 0.125% per month or minimum of RM100.00 for bank guarantee

SALIENT FEATURES
 

1. Purpose of Financing

• To finance construction, civil, mechanical, engineering, landscaping and other simple contract awarded by Federal Government, State Government, Government Agencies, Government Links Companies (GLCs) and its subsidiaries

2. Eligibility

• Applicant must be Small & Medium Enterprise with good credit records
• Obtained contract of construction, civil, mechanical, engineering, landscaping or other simple contract
• Contract awarder must be Federal Government, State Government, Government Agencies, Government Links Companies (GLCs) and its subsidiaries
• Contract period is short term i.e.not more than 12 month

3. Facility

• Kafalah Bank Guarantee : For Performance Bond as required in the contract

• Bai' Murabahah : For working capital requirement (pre-implementation financing)

4. Margin of Financing

• Kalafah Bank Guarantee : 100% from Performance Bond amount as required by contract awarded

• Bai' Murabahah : 80.0% from contract value or 100% from actual cost, whichever is lower

5. Tenure

• Kafalah Bank Guarantee : As per requirement by contract awarder

• Bai' Murabahah : Up to 180 days repayment period

PENGENALAN

i-REACH adalah skim pembiayaan khas untuk membiayai kontrak jangka pendek pembinaan, sivil, mekanikal, kejuruteraan, landskap dan kontrak mudah lain. Ia adalah pakej pembiayaan yang berpatutan dan lengkap yang tidak memerlukan cagaran. Ia menawarkan pembiayaan modal kerja dan jaminan bank kepada kontraktor sokongan untuk beroperasi menyampaikan projek itu dalam tempoh kontrak yang ditetapkan.

2. Kelayakan

• Pemohon mestilah Kecil & Sederhana dengan rekod kredit yang baik

• Kontrak Mendapat pembinaan, sivil, mekanikal, kejuruteraan, landskap atau kontrak mudah lain

• Kontrak awarder mestilah Kerajaan Persekutuan, Kerajaan Negeri, Agensi Kerajaan, Pautan Kerajaan Syarikat (GLC) dan anak syarikatnya

• Tempoh Kontrak adalah jangka pendek ienot lebih daripada 12 bulan

 
3. Kemudahan

• Jaminan Bank Kafalah: Untuk Bon Pelaksanaan seperti yang dikehendaki dalam kontrak

• Murabahah Bai ': Untuk keperluan modal kerja (pembiayaan pra-pelaksanaan)

 

4. Margin Pembiayaan

• Kalafah Jaminan Bank: 100% daripada jumlah Bon Pelaksanaan seperti yang dikehendaki oleh kontrak dianugerahkan

• Bai 'Murabahah: 80.0% daripada nilai kontrak atau 100% daripada kos sebenar, yang mana lebih rendah

 

5. Tempoh

• Jaminan Kafalah Bank: Sebagai satu keperluan oleh awarder kontrak

• Murabahah Bai ': Sehingga 180 hari tempoh pembayaran balik

I think my reason is not enough but I will still to story why I like to see her blog. Firstly, I like to see her picture which charming and beautiful. Can't to change my opinion to Hilary. Besides that, in her blog too, his story about her life. Without to feel shy. Hilary too like to tell what happen to herself with all people which open her blog. I can't to paste picture her blog to my blog because I don't know how to do it. I just put her picture only. In Hilary blog, many story about herself, about her family and about her friends have in their blog. I hope one day I can to see her biside in reality. And for the all people which like Her, you all can open her blog to know all about her self. I think just that all for this.

When say only Ramadan, sure all people Islam know that. Same with me, thankful to God because give me time to continue my life. Today I want to tell about Ramadan this year. This year I received fast at Kuala Lumpur there are place my study. Very-very bored because not have person to care me. Post midnight meal lonely, break fast lonely, all lonely. This is because I'm study at Kuala Lumpur and my family at Kuantan. Ramadan to me for this year is a very bad but I'm very happy because I have friend at class. They give time to me, so I don't feel bored. However, I'm thank to God give feel happy when time Hari Raya Aidil Fitri. I think that all.

How to write a good thesis statement?
If to make a good thesis statement in essay, must be have topic. Beside that, in the essay have a controlling ideas too. This is a basic stand and author takes and have a major points that he wishes to make about his subject. Opinion that he expresses are too can make a good thesis statement. My lecturer say, in my thesis statement must be have to state the subject clearly and specifically. Beside that, must take a stand or attitude about the subject. And the lastly she said, proud the direction by indicating, implicity or explicity.

When I come to Sekolah Menengah Teknik Sultan Ahmad Shah Rompin, I start study about design where are in subject Engineering Drawing. There were, I start like in drawing. After I finish in Form 5, I continue my study at International University College of Technology Twintech in Diploma In Architectural Studies. And now, my lecturer give me work to do is about the reason I continue my study in my blog. That why I create this. Any people have reason lonely like that me. I have many reason why I continue my study at IUCTT. Firstly is I want to reply my parents and my sibling loyal which they are always give me supportable and instigation. Besides that, I want to see my family smile and happy always. Secondly, I want to prove to all my friends and my relative. I want they know how I can be able. Thirdly is I want search many friends. Besides that, I want to expand my view. Fourthly, if can I want to go all destination in Malaysia and Overseas. I hope I can still here and my lecturer can give me time to me change.
